ince 1990, we – Eric and Karen Maurer – have owned and managed historic and centrally located properties on Eastern Michigan University’s campus. We are passionate about restoring historic homes, and have rehabilitated over 20 properties in the last 16 years.

We currently own and manage 60 units and take pride in each and every one of them. We provide high quality apartments at reasonable prices. And, as a privately owned and operated company, we are able to assess situations quickly and efficiently. A great number of our tenants continue to rent from us year after year.
